  • What tent size will best accommodate x amount of guest with tables and chairs?

    Please refer to our Prices page for amount of people and Tent Packages page for tables and chairs. Contact us during business hours or via e-mail for further assistance, 

  • How can reserve an event date?

    Your event is not booked until A Family Affair has received a 50% deposit to reserve your date. Order forms and estimates are only a quote. Please confrim with rep after receiving estimate for availability. 

  • What is your Event Cancellation Policy?

    At A Family Affair we understands that under certain circumstances you might have to cancel an order. All deposits are non-refundable. We recommend you purchase Rain Date/Event Cancellation Insurance, for an additional cost of $75, which is non-refundable. Rescheduling will be based on equipment availability.

  • When will you deliver my order?

    Schedules are made on Monday and finalized Tuesday. Deliveries are between Wendesday and Saturday. We can not guarentee a specific delivery date or time but 4 hour windows are provided. Request are considered but not guarented. We will contact you 2-3 days prior to your event to inform you of a window in which you can expect delivery. Day(s) prior delivery is a courtesy not mandatory.  

  • How do I prepare equipment for pick up?

    Chairs must be closed/folded and stacked appropriately at its pick up point. 


    Linens must not be left out, please have them in a bag. 


    Chafering Warmers, Untensils/Flateware, Grills must be cleaned and removed of all food! 

  • What about broken, damaged or missing items?

    Customers are responsible for rental equipment from the time of delivery and is liable for any lost, stolen and damaged items.

  • Can I pick up my rental items?

    Absolutely! Pick up are scheduled by appointments only.



  • What if it rains?

    We understand that the weather can put a damper on your event! If you want to be prepared for a rainy day we recommend considering adding sides to your order for an additional cost. 

    Sides are additional pieces that can be added to the tent to assure everything and everyone on the inside stays dry.

  • What if there is an Emergency after hours?

    We understand that a situation may occur when we are not in the office.
